We know this is a category where privacy isn't a feature, it's the whole point. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
Your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address, and order history. Only if you choose to create an account: your wallet transaction history and any reviews or photos you submit.
Nothing beyond what's needed to fulfil and support your order. No unnecessary account fields, no forced social login.
To process and deliver orders, provide support, operate the wallet/review system, and, only with your consent, send order updates or occasional Circle content.
Payment partners (bKash, Nagad, card processor) to complete payment; courier partners to deliver your parcel, they see delivery details only, never product names; and analytics tools in aggregated, non-identifying form. We do not sell customer data, ever, to anyone, for any reason.
Any photo submitted with a review is moderated by a female team member before publishing, and is never shared outside its use on the product page.
Used for cart memory, language/theme preference, and analytics, with a simple accept/manage banner on your first visit.
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data anytime via our Contact page. Deleting your account also closes out any wallet balance per our Terms.
Your data is stored on secured, access-controlled systems and shared only with the partners named above. Full technical safeguards will be detailed here once our account system launches.

Updates are posted here with a new date; material changes will be flagged clearly, not buried.
