• Bust: around the fullest part, tape level.

Got the size wrong? It happens. We'll make it right.
We offer exchange only, no cash refunds, within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene seal and original tags intact. Changed your mind on size or style? We'll exchange it, no judgment and no long explanation needed.
If the exchange is because of our error (wrong item or wrong size sent), we pay the return courier. If it's a size or style change on your side, you cover the return courier, we'll always tell you the cost upfront before you send anything back.
Received something with a stitching flaw, a pull in the fabric, or any manufacturing defect? Message us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery, we'll send a replacement and arrange free pickup of the defective item. No exchange-window pressure, no cost to you.
If your parcel arrived without an item you ordered, tell us the order number and what's missing, we'll ship the missing item to you free of charge. No refund needed, nothing to send back.
