Welcome to Soveney. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of soveney.com and any order or account you create with us. By browsing, ordering, or creating an account, you agree to the terms below.
Soveney (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an individual proprietorship operated by its founder in Bangladesh. These terms apply to any purchase or account created on soveney.com.
Browsing the site does not bind you to anything. Placing an order, or creating an account, means you accept these terms as they stand at that time.
You must be at least 18 years old, or transacting with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order or create an account.
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We keep our pricing stable and honestly presented. We reserve the right to correct a listing error, including price, before an order ships, and will contact you directly if such a correction affects an order you've already placed.
Payment is currently available via Cash on Delivery (COD) only. An order is confirmed once accepted into our system. You can track your order's status, Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, through your account or via the tracking link provided.
You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it ships by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, our Returns & Exchange policy applies instead of cancellation.
Delivery timelines and courier details are shown at checkout and may vary by location. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for what happens if a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive.
Full detail is available in our Returns & Exchanges policy. In summary: exchange only, within 7 days of delivery, with the hygiene seal and original tags intact. We do not offer cash refunds.
Creating an account is optional, guest checkout is always available. Your Soveney Wallet is store credit only. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another person, or converted to money in any form. Reviews must reflect a genuine, verified purchase. We may remove any review that violates this or exposes private or identifying information.
You agree not to: submit fraudulent orders or payment information; abuse coupon or wallet mechanics, including creating multiple accounts to collect rewards; post reviews for products you have not purchased and received; or use the site in any way that could harm Soveney or other customers.
Soveney's name, logo, photography, and site content belong to Soveney and may not be reused without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soveney's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute not resolved directly with us falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, strike, or courier network disruption.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, dated below, is the current one. Material changes affecting existing accounts will be clearly communicated.
